"We know it is out of spec and we take that chance willingly." Problem is, you take that chance with all our lives, not just yours. And simply because a lot of people on this forum claim to "take that chance" also does not make it a safe, smart or even reasonable thing to do. People here run red lights every day. Lots of people. They "take that chance willingly."
If 2 million people do a stupid thing, it is still a stupid thing.
BTW, the original poster did not mention warpage. He asked when to service the rotors.
