 Subject: electric brake wiring

I am trying to set up my 2000 dakota sport 6 cyl with an electric brake module. I have found that the truck is at least partially wired. I located the blue 4 wire connector under the dash with the label "electric brake , 15 amp max". After lots of reading and asking questions I also found a wire at the rear of the truck with heat shrink on the end going nowhere, whick is possibly all I need??? The opions vary on this topic as do the quotes, any help would be greatly appericiated, thanks, Derek .
