Have had a 2005 quadcab for a year.
No problems at all yet, put gas in, change the oil and drive.

They're a good little pickup. I've had mine (4.7-230HP/automatic/4x4 Club Cab)for a year and a half. I like the styling and can't complain about the power, acceleration or fuel economy.
