Message: Hi All,
I'm sure this question has been asked a dozen times already but bear with me as I'm new to this forum and using search didn't get me anwser.
What brand of hitch would you recommend? Draw-Tite or Reese or another? Also, where's the best price? Thanks.

Message: Just went through this myself.
I bought three hitches, a generic brand that sucked altogether, a reese hitch that hung too low for my taste, and finally settled on a Hidden Hitch that is perfect.
The whole hitch hangs behind the bumper, except for the reciever and chain mounts that hang below. The whole outfit is very clean, not obtrusive, and will affect exit clearance very little. In Canada the hitch cost $189 CDN, installed myself with 6 botls and a torque wrench, very easy.
Good luck,

Message: Put a Hidden Hitch on the Dak no holes to drill
direct bolt on. Got it from JCWhitney for $100.
Only thing that shows is the receiver and chain holes.

Message: I put a Draw Tite on mine. The only thing showing is the reciever. There was four bolts no drilling and I paid $100 for it.

Message: I put a hidden hitch on my 2001. Bought it from U-haul for 100.00. Lifetime warranty even if you are rear-ended. I know. Some one rearended me when I only had 1000miles on my truck and U-haul replaced the hitch no questions asked.
