Dewey, Hot = Fry an egg on the hood after 20 mi. jog down interstate.Could not tell from dash guage because that stays just over the cold mark even after replacing temp sensor.Always did. Replaced t-stat and flushed rad & motor. No help.Tranny was also overheating and going wacko which made me think slipping belts and boiled fluid was causing engine heat.Drained fliud changed filter, adjusted belts.no help. Cut out cat yesterday.Clogged solid at back end. Problem solved.
