Well I guess the locker helped me out a bit.

I still need to work on my 60' times. I dont know why the MPH is slightley slower but I gained almost a full second. Bigger tires maybe? Whos knows..but at least im in the 13 second club now.

What do you mean, bigger tires?
I wondered why Jaguars had larger diameter tyres (it's English, that's what they use) than other, similar sized cars. I think it is because it gives a longer tire footprint.
Point; maybe bigger in diameter would give you better traction.

I went from 255/60/15 to 275/60/15's. These have a slightley taller sidewall but a wider tread. It would be like going from a 3:55 gear to a 3:23 but not that dramatic.
Its whats under the hood that counts........
