I HAVE AN '03 DAK. I SOMETIMES HEAR A BEEP FROM THE DASH BUT THERE ARE NO INDICATIONS OR RED LIGHTS FLASHING. WHERE IS THE BEEP COMING FROM? IT IS SIMILAR TO THE SOUND IF YOU DRIVE OFF WITHOUT A SEAT BELT.

I hear a beep when my low fuel light comes on, and when my low washer fluid light comes on. Maybe your lights arent working?

Good point. When my washer fluid was low, the thing always waited several minutes of driving to bother me. If his light bulb is out, maybe that is the phantom beeping!

I guess first thing is to check all of your fluids.

I think if you hold the odometer reset button in while turing the key on, it will do a light bulb/cluster test for you. If that bulb don't come on... then you know.

THANKS FOR THE ANSWERS. I WILL CHECK THE ITEMS YOU MENTIONED. THE LIGHT BULB CLUSTER CHECK USING THE ODOMETER RESET BUTTON IS SOMETHING NEW TO ME. THANKS.
