I see that I,m not the only one to get ripped by Midus. My wifes car needed rear pads and I was too tied up to fix it. I told her to check and see what Midus wanted to do it. The told her that one rear caliper was dragging and that they both must be replaced- but they could save the rotors by turning them. She couldn,t get ahold of me and sense it was on the rack and apart- she went ahead with the repair. They charged her LIST on everything.(the calipers would have been covered by warrenty). Plus when I checked the rotors, they had NOT been turned. Short end of the story-It was a expensive form of marriage counselling. Take care of your wife and stay away from Midus.

ON my previous post, I had mentioned a Meineke shop tried a rip off routine, etc.
CORRECTION
Although they may do it also, My experience was not Meineke
IT WAS MIDAS!!

Midas is slick. their mechs are on commission for additional items sold. When they get too many complaints, they rotate the mech to another store and then say that he,s no long with that store and there,s nothing they can do for you. Nice people(not).
