Message: I don't know why it wouldn't be. An exhaust shop can fabricate up an exhaust system from scratch if he wants to when fixing your worn exhaust.
The only thing is that only ONE of my two cats has the O2 sensors monitoring the CAT efficiency.
I bet it would pass just fine though. I'll find out in a few more years when it needs to go through emissions.
