I'd like to warn you guys to make sure your going to
the right dealerships... My brother has a 2003 Dakota,
ram air hood, helper springs, hitch, and anyway, his
abs/brake light came on in the cab, so he took it to the
local dodge dealership, the lights would be on at one
start up and off at the next, just depended on when and
where. Well anyway his light came on so he went to
the dealership, he left it running so it wouldn't shut off
the lights and they then shut her down... Pulled it in
with the lights off... told him the lights weren't on and
that his computer was bad and needed replacement...
this is the second time they have looked at it by the
way... I didn't trust them from the get go cause they
screwed up the tranny job I had done on my dakota and
checked it out for him... turns out he was just low on
brake fluid and needed to go to a bake shop to get his
pads replaced.... Point is... be sure your going to an
honest dealership... or they'll take you to the cleaners
and still not have solved the problem!!!

Was this dealer a 5 star dealer? I've had 2 bad experiences with marietta dodge in marietta ga before. Once with bad service and once with bad parts. I know why they are NOT a 5 star dealer.

5 star can be highly over rated - I've seen 5 star dealers that were clueless too...

The dealership is from Indiana, in Lawrenceburg...
Called Kidd Dodge, so if your in this area... stear clear
and head for Cinncinati to get your work done!!! And
they are a Five star dealership.... way over-rated!!!

There are three Dodge-Jeep dealers within fifty miles of my house. ALL THREE are supposedly Five Star. Zero of them have a care in the world other than money. None can perform mechanical services very well.
I heard (from a fired salesman) the Five Star rating comes from sales volume, and not service standards. Not hard to belive.
