Ok i've had this truck for a year now. It has 70,000 miles on it, i've put 20,000 on since i bought it.
Couple things drive me crazy.
1. The stinkin thing will not ride smoothly when it's running under 2000 RPMs. It will bounce and cutout and throw all kinds of fits. Is this the torque converter screwing up? Or possibly the champion spark plugs?
2. The fuel mileage has dropped big time. When I first got it I was getting 20 miles a gallon, now im lucky to get 14. Around the time it changed I added a toolbox and a new set of Goodyear Tracker tires. Would the toolbox take away that much mileage?
Ok I have the 16 inch tires. How many psi's do u recommend to have in them? The tires are all wearing funny. Of the 4 different division of treads, the 2nd to last on the inside is starting to stick out more. I have rotated these tires every 6000 miles. Does anyone else's tires wear like that.
I run Mobil 1 5w30.

your IAT or is it ATI? sensor is most likely dirt and you have to clean it. not sure were its at so hope fully some one else comments on where its at? the sensor problem will also give you the poor mileage.
as for the tires wearing out, is your truck pulling right or left while you drive down a flat level road? if it pulls when you let go of the steering wheel than you need an alignment.
on the tire it will say what amount of psi to run but as a rule 30-35psi is good amount. and your tires being unaligned and tire pressure being wrong will effect it too.
