 Subject: locking cover - inside the rail

So i'm considering getting a bed cover. I have a couple of catches though and I'm hoping someone here has some feed back on what I'm looking for.
The cover must mount inside the rail (I want to keep my bed rails) and it must be locking. i've found a few that specifically say they mount inside the rail and a few that look like they might.
oh yeah, it's for an 02 QC.

I found one, extang has one. I had one of their older tonneaus on my old 95. held up well.
