I was given a brush guard for free. Problem is I didn't realize that I didn't get any brackets for the under mounts. I have the brackets that go over the bumper but not the ones for underneath. Can I get brackets separately? Help?????

Message: I would think you could. You'll need the name
brand..
If the company gets a little *testie* over just
selling your brackets, just tell them you got into
a fender bender and they need to be replaced..
Good luck...

I've seen and heard of numerous, minor little fender benders, that the 'brush guard' caused way more damage than the minor wreck did, like on the hood, etc.
Here in TX, it seems over 1/2 all the suv's, and trucks, which never see a a dirt road, or 'brush conditions', have one. They look geeky to me, but that's just my opinion.
My 2 cents, don't waste your time.

Message: I have a Westin Brush Guard and it has saved my front end many times, especially while off roading, and i have also received many compliments on it. I think it just depends on what brand it is because I have seen some goofy looking ones. As for the under bumper mounts, i bet you could get them from Westin and make them work even if its not the right brand.

Message: sorry for the bump, trying to get rid of the image.
If it doesn't fit, force it. If it breaks...well...it needed to be replaced anyway.
