Subject: did mouse die? IP: Logged
Message: My Durango was squeaking like a mouse in a cat's jaws. Every time I went over a spped bump, itreally squeaked. Thought it was my bushings or ball joints. Today I notice the squeaking has stopped. Rolled down the window going over the speed bumps to make sure I could hear clearly and there was silence. It just had rained, so maybe the water kind of lubed the bushings? Will know for sure on that when it drys out a little.

Message: Mouse will be quiet as long as the bushings are wet. Soon as they dry out, you'll find that after all that rest, the mouse is a little bit stronger.

Message: In that case I'd better drive through every puddle I can see. Better that than sounding like the Tin Man in bad need of a lube job.
