Message: Thanks for the link daddio, unfortunately I couldn't find anything. Cool site though, let me know if you have any more tricks up your sleeve. I hate to do it, but if I don't come up with something soon, I'm gonna have to bite the bullet and pay someone. That's gonna hurt, mostly because I'm cheap...

Message: LOL I FIXED mine with a bicycle cable!!!!
Check out my website. http://www.paysonarizona.net/MyProjects/ProjectDak/BrokenWindowCable.htm
It's not the strongest system. And I saw that many companies are using this design, not just DSC.
It is easy and light weight too.
Once you figure out how it works, it's a piece of cake to take out of the truck and fix.

Message: I saw yours Graph but unfortunately they are not all cable driven. My 2000 uses a scissor type power window regulator asssembly that noone but the dealer seems to carry, I can find maual assemblies all over the place. I fixed mine once before but the second broke too. I must have a bind-up in the rubber tracks....which I have replaced once already too!
I love my Dak but some of them other brands of trucks are starting to look a bit more appealing
Some of my issues:
* Rotors replaced at 12k
* Found broke off retainer clip in rear diff.
* A/C compressor replaced at 40k
* A/C Evaporator replaced at 71k
* Water in driver and passenger floorboards (have thought I found leak several times)
* Water coming from rear floorboards too - replaced rear window but still have leak
* Drivers window regulator - replaced already but broke again
* Ball Joints - everyone knows about them
I think thats it.
