 Subject: Hub nut size

I will be removing my front hub on a 2001 dakota 4x4 and was wondering if anyone knew what size the nut is that holds front CV drive axle.
Just want to make sure I have a socket large enough.

in between 1-1/4 - 1-1/2, might be metric.
make sure to replace it with a new nut, that's why my hub went bad. make sure to torque it to (185 foot-lbs)

THATS why i rounded the corners a bit when I took it off with my SAE socket. Seriously...who has a 36mm socket layin around!

Well; I do, actually!
Bought it just for the same reason-- the hub nuts!
And that's the only time it ever gets used... relatively expensive tool, I guess!
