the new F-150 put up against Dodge,Chevy,Nissan,Toyota

if you watch all the videos you'll see how they leave Dodge out of about half of them.

http://www.fordvehicles.com/trucks/f150/truth/

i bet if you knew very little about trucks, you would pick a ford after watching all of those videos. they even try and convince you to think their 6in grade 5 bed bolts are better than dodges 3in grade 8 bed bolts. and how there long fan shroud is better than Nissan & Toyotas shorter fan shroud.

The Ford dealer in Fargo has a dismantled F-150 and a Silverado in their showroom. One of their supposed selling points is that the Ford has structure under the fenders to tie the main part of the cab to the radiator support structure, while the Chevy uses the fenders to help locate the radiator support. It sure seemed to me that the Chevy was the smarter design -- they weren't wasting steel on structure that only matters when doing body work.

Whats funny is all that Ford toughness is only on the F-150 the 250 and 350 don't have all that.

Yeah. Even the commercial comparison between the Escape and Liberty. They mention one thing about the MPG. Not mentioning the Trail-rated, higher powered, less plastic features.
