Hey all, I was driving a few days ago and the wierdiest thing happend, My mom hit my truck while I was on the road. This is true, now Im looking for some plans of how to pull of the front passenger fender because it was pretty damaged. I found on online for about 77 with 45 shipping. The problem is, i have no clue how to get the dang fender off. It seems as if it is welded to another sheet of metal. Can somebody help me figure this one out. I wanna do it on my own so I dont have to pay an arm and a leg to get that pannel fixed.

what bolts have you taken out so far? on my 90 there are bolts under the headlight and along the top aswell as along the back (going into the cab) and one at the bottom behind the tire.

Hi Josh,
It varies depending on which fender but basically you are going to need to take the wheel, fender flare, liner, and headlight off. You will have bolts attaching the fender to the lower rocker panel, radiator closure, hood hinge bracket, upper cowl, and upper radiator closure.
Depending on which side you will also have to remove things like PCM and PDC
