When-ever I make a left turn, I hear and feel a "clunk" or "pop" in the passenger side front end. It shouldn't be the ball joints, because I had the stock ones replaced with Moogs at NTB over two years ago. What might be making that sound?

It is either the balljoints or tie rod ends. Did you grease the zerks on the ball joints since they were installed?

Just because you replaced ball joints doesn't mean they didn't fail, like mine did. I think it is a design flaw.

I looked under there during my lunch break and saw a zerk on each of the ball joints, upper and lower. I also saw a zerk on the wheel-end of what I think might be the tie rod. I'll put some grease in them when I get home tonite.

I read that to check for ball joint failure, you jack up that wheel off the ground, then grab the top and bottom of the wheel and try to wiggle it. How do I check the tie rod?

When you jack, do it on the suspension. Grab top and bottom of the tyre (little English, there) and rock back and forth.
Do the same at 3 and 9 to test tie rods.
I've had a loose tie rod for hundreds of thousands of miles. The alignment keeps the wheels tracking properly, so there is almost no stress on them. Does cause one of the Dodge Bumps (or is it clunk?) when I turn.
If you grease it and the sound goes away, then returns, you have confirmed you need new ball joints.
I have had much better results using Amsoil Racing Grease. At least I feel fast.
