Subject: Power Window Problem IP: Logged
Message: The other night when it was cold the plastic clip which retains the cable for the driver's side power window motor cable broke. Now Dodge and all the large auto parts store say you have to buy the whole regulator and motor to the tune of $180.00 (dealers). help anyone know where I can get just a clip?

Message: LOL I had the same problem!!!
Fixed it myself for under $10
Did it look like this????
This is the complicated part but you can figure it out.
Using a brake cable repair kit from Wal-Mart and a cable stop clamp dealie I rewound mine.
Good luck. I figured mine broke form the offroading I had done.
It's still working for me now.
