 Subject: How to disassemble shackles?

Little help guys, my shackles on my 2002 Quad Cab 4x4 are squeeking BAD! I want to disassemble them and grease the bushings, but I looked under there this morning and it looks like the bolts would not retract without hitting the frame before they cleared the shackle. Is there a trick to doing this? Thanks.

Bet if you look closely you'll see rubber in the hole the bolt runs through. Want it to really squeek? spray silicone lube on em. ditto for the little pads at the end of eack leaf of the spring. There must be a lube but I don't know what it is.
