 Subject: Interior Squeek

I have an annoying squeek in my 2000 Quad Cab. It is coming from the interior or under the hood. The only time I can get it to squeek is when I'm driving, and it seems very random. It sounds like a metal on glass or metal on metal squeek. Any ideas?

Dakotas are notorious for looing the nuts that hold the canister against the fire-wall. Check it out.

It is possible it is one of your front shocks. Are you still running the stock shocks? They don't last long. May want to check them out.
