Dan,
USE CAUTION when adding anything foreign into your engine, transmission, etc. What worked in my fathers "Slant-6" back in the 60's would have detrimental effects on my modern engine and transmission today.
Only VERY few after market additives actually show a difference in performance - and those that do are usually associated with use in an older engine that has been somewhat neglected for a while.

I've been using it in my 86 outboard to decarb-it appears to be working quite well. It's like $6 a can and can be bought at local oreillys and some NAPAs.
