Subject: AIR BAG Warning Light IP: Logged
Message: Hi Everyone;
I've been having an issue with my AIR BAG light on my 2001 v6 cc (212,000 KM) I tried resetting the codes, but It just comes back on. Any ideas where else to look? I dont want to go to a mechanic b/c it would probably take $500 for him to figure out what it is. You guys are the pros in my eyes, so I would appreciate any suggestions.
Thanks
Stathi

Message: my guess would be the coil inside your steering wheel is broke. its like a 40 dollar part. i broke mine when i put my body lift on. if you horn doesnt work and you have the cruse buttons on the wheel too those wont work either if it is this.

Message: Check your fuses...there are some on the dash on the drivers side or some how your clock spring could be bad in the steering wheel. Mine went out when I did a Body Lift and when I had the steering shaft my wheel turned to much and busted.
