 Subject: Sqeaky rubbing noise

Not sure if this is a coincidence or not but right after installing a CAI and TBS on my '03 3.9L Dakota I've been hearing this sqeaking rubbing noise. It's not constant and I only hear it when the truck is rolling. Definitely from under the hood. Difficult to pinpoint location. Sometimes I swear it's coming from the steering shaft. When the truck is still and idling I don't hear it. If I get out of the idling truck and rock and shake the truck I don't hear it. The only thing that I did notice is that the handle of the transmission fluid dip stick now sits on top of the CAI and is definitely rubbing on the underside of the hood. Any guesses or have I already solved it?!!
