ok i just replaced my cat a little while back about 3 months ago and it is already going bad. what can be causing this my first one was just old but this one i bought brand new and suggestions would be nice My truck is a 93 3.9 2wd and a glass pack muffler behind the cat

I believe what made mine go bad was that I had a bad O2 sensor and I was getting too much fuel. It wasnt all burning off until it got to the cat.
How long have your O2 sensors been in, are they original?
