Message: Could be a lot of things. U-joints, bent or out-of-balance shaft, rear diff, etc. I assume that this vibration is without 4x4 engaged.
Check u-joints for play, and check the driveshaft for straight by putting the rear axle on stands, and have a buddy manually rotate the rear wheels with the tranny in neutral. Hold a stick or pencil or something under the center of the shaft, and slowly move it closer to the shaft until it touches. You'll see if the shaft is wobbling. If so, sometimes you can do an easy fix by fastening a short, small steel rod to the shaft with hose clamps. Make sure the weight is on the inside of the curve of the shaft, to balance it. You'll likely have to try several different weights to get the right balance. Good luck.

Message: If you've been at all nasty to your truck ( rock crawling , doing burnouts, stump pulling etc...) then it's probably a bent u-joint.
A cheap and easy fix for the dealer.
