I am disappointed in KRC Performance and Hughes Engines - I have sent 3 E-mails in 3 weeks to each place with no response. Summit Racing answered my E-mail in 3 days. I am buying from Summit as the others are too busy.

I've been buying from Summit for years. Always get good service. Another vendor with excellent service is fortesparts.com.

If you call Hughes, they'll answer the phone. I called them several times over a couple of months between December and January; they answered the phone and my questions every time.
I ordered a Stage 1 intake manifold; they already had one in stock, I got it that week. Then when I sent in my old one, the 300 dollar core charge was refunded the day they received it.

I have done a lot of business with Hughes over the last few years. I've emailed them before and received no answer at all BUT every time I've called, they answered and were very friendly and helpful. They may not answer all of their email but they do take care of their customers.
