Check in the phone book for a Paintless Dent Repair shop, one big name brand is Dent Wizard. They can usually pop them out without chipping the paint but with that many dings the costs could add up pretty high

Remove the door panel and push them out with your thumb . Some will pop easy and some will be the reason your thumb hurts the next couple days.Good luck.

So many problems .... So little time

No don't use dry ice... it rarely works and usually makes it worse. and i feel your pain man someone obviousely kicked my door because i found a shoe print on it and the door is rippled and there is a big dent just under the window and i dont think it can be popped out because there is another piece of metal up there that the door skin it bonded to, so it cant be pushed out from inside the door. also that dent has a hairline crack in the paint now so i have feeling i will have to be repainting the whole door.

I know where your coming from,,, My neighor thinks our street is his playground for his dirt bike, quad, pocketbike, jeez what's next??? One of his kids wrecked thier pocketbike into my truck and it put a nice size dent on the bottom side of the drivers door, THANKS. A month later his other kid drove my son's ride-on battery powered truck into the other door, so now I have a matching pair.

WTF!

I used Ding King from Shucks. Worked great for $20. Didnt get
100% of the dents out, but it's damn had to find them.

That sucks! little kids or rich kids think its great to screw with peoples cars. i would try and find out who it is & have them pay for the fix.

i have a barrel break riffle that shoots 1000ft-per-sec. 200ft shy of a 22riffle. it would do some damage to their thin skills.
