Message: Hello,
I have a 1990 Dodge Dakota LE V6 3.9L with only 96000KM's and it seems to be under powered, it has been sitting for probably over a year and I have changed the gas and oil and the spark plugs seem pretty new is there anything more I can do? Also I am getting really horrible gas mileage about 10 miles per US gallon instead of the average of about 16, I bought this truck like this and I know it has been sitting for awhile so I am not sure what else to do.
Any help is welcomed, thanks

Message: Did you checl the air cleaner and PC valve for proper function. Bad milage and lack of power sounds like the cataletic converter is pluged. There pricey so best way to check it is to disconnect the exhaust infront of it and drive. Very loud but you need no go far. Performance will be very noticable right off
So many problems .... So little time

Message: OBIO3 is correct Brennan. Also, if the 02 sensor
is old, might wanna replace that to.
You might also have some one scan the computer
for faults..
I had a 90 and the interface plug is under the
hood on the firewall..
Good luck...
