Not all of us who can help you refer to it as sb. Had you actually refered to it as 'Technical Service Bulletin 610019' or 'TSB 610019', in your original post, we would have told you the number doesn't appear to be in the correct format for a TSB.

Something I found on the net-but they wanted you to purchase all the info pertaining to this issue. Since I had no success on here-with this question-and one asking about a suspension noise-I ended up buying the info. I hope it is my problem.
