Message: Don't see any reason for that much of a decrease. Unless you are simply putting the pedal to the metal like many of us do when we see crap mileage :)

Message: Is this a 3.9? I can see several things right off the bat. Unless you were having a detonation problem go back to a factory heat range extended tip plug. "Injector Sync" means what, that you changed it? If so change it back to where it was. I have no experience with aftermarket injectors, but unless you put in a hotter cam or something the factory ones are probably the best mpg-wise. Lastly that big alternator requires more power to spin, and if you did it because of the BM fan you probably lost more than you gained (I'm assuming you previously had a clutch fan). This is all only IMO of course, others may disagree.

Message: Another thing to consider is if you did TB, muffler, and injectors all at the same time you gave the PCM a lot of new parameters to adjust to - it may get better with time (or not).

Message: If you checked that mileage when it was warm then rechecked your mileage after the mods when the weather was cold then that could be it. I usally go from about 16 MPG to around 12MPG when winter strikes

Message: Ouch. My stock 3.9L gives me 20-22 mpg highway year round, about 17 city. That's a club cab 4WD with cap and 4-speed auto and 3.55 axle.

Message: Thanks guys.
New O2 sensor.
PCM has been reset.
It may be the winter weather, so I'll give it some time. Although, in NC, we have had an extremely mild winter.
I tried some E3 plugs. Talk about PING, they were terrible. And they were the 3923 equivilant.
