Message: I've a 2001 QC 4x4 with 31x10.5 Dueler AT's.
Mine came with 15x7 rims.
You're limited to 31's with no rubbing and 32's with slight rubbing when fully turning the stearing-wheel.
33's will need a small lift or a major tweek of the torsion bars.
This info. is what I've read from others in the past.

Message: My 2004 QC stock rims are 16X8. My 33" tires fit fine. Most 33" tires have an 8" minimum for 12.5" wide tires. You probably can get away with 7" rims is you have 10.5" or 11.5" wide tires. Always check the tire specs online.
This just means your tires would fit on the rim, not fit under the truck. I have a 3" body lift plus 1" torsion crank and no rubbing.
