when i change my brake pads and rotors, will i need to mess with bearings or races, or will the rotors come right off?

Pull the caliper and hang it with something (not the brake line either :)) and the rotor will pull right off the studs.

If they are really rusty they may take some coaxing with a Ford wrench, but no bearings or anything to mess with.
