I have a 2002 Dodge Dakota 4.7 v-8 the Check engine light came on I turned the engine off and turned the key 3 times code came up P0700 I started the engine and drove home. It didn't want to shift into overdrive so after a few miles at 40 mph I stopped got coffee got back in truck and drove on home but this time I manually shifted 1st, 2nd, drive it shifted fine. When I got home I connected my code reader to the truck it came up with a P0605 code nothing about a P0700 code. Which one do I believe I'm leaning towards my code reader.
