 Subject: Infamous brake rotor warpage!

Remembered this no-buck trick and thought I would "submit for your approval" (apologies to The Twilight Zone")
When my hubs needed replacement this summer (they made some rather striking wear patterns in my front tires), I noticed the two (or three, can't remember) bolts holding the "splash shield" on. Removed both sides and put the bolts back, no rotor warpage yet... and you can see the whole backside of the rotors from under the truck!
Anyone else tried this? 'Cause I know there are others out there sharper than me... ha ha!
