 Subject: Water Leak

My 96' dakota sport leaks water, it drips down right above rear view mirror. Carpet under driver side is always soaked,passengerside always dry. I sealed the windsheild up with silicone but had no effect. I don't understand where the water is coming from, Any suggestions?

There was a website posted a little while ago with dealer recalls. I think there was something mentioned about this before. If not maybe search the other posts. I know I've read something on it before.
