I just thought I'd post this on here to warn fellow Mopar lovers about a snake in your midst.Several months back I purchased a set of Roller Rocker Arms from a fellow on another Mopar site called www.bigblockdart.com they were listed on the for sale section. By a fellow who went by the dame of bigblockdakota (apparently he also uses intensedak39) I sent this fellow off the money for a set of pushrods and the rockers, well they took forever to get to me. It took many unanswered emails , and a posting on BBdart to get any replies. It seems several other people had the same problem as I. The earlier responses from intensedak39 was immediate. Until he got the email that said the money was in the mail, then all replies STOPPED.I am enclosing a picture of the rockers that were sent to me, I ask YOU this. Would ANY of you have sent $70 of your hard earned money to this guy for this junk ?? He had the nerve to say he did not know they were not any good. It will cost me more to repair these than a new set would cost, in other words these are useless junk ! But then intensedak39 knew this, that is why they were sold.
I suppose I got off lucky though, a fellow member of bigblockdart , Ray , paid for a Aluminum intake manifold and NEVER recieved anything at all. Nothing except for many promises of "It's in the mail" or " It was shipped to the wrong address" this is his favorite one . He used this one on me too.
When I complained about it, he was full of promises to send me my money back, but the refund cheque got sent to the wrong place???? Right . But another one is in the mail, it should be there in 3 or 4 days. That was 3 weeks ago.

So you guys here are getting the warning I never got, DO NOT do business with intensedak 39 AKA Greg Goodsell from Watauga Texas, he will rip you off.Period. He is very sly, beware. Oh also, Ray and I found him on DFW Dakotas, posted this on there ( actually emailed some members) and he has been booted off that website , apparently there was some shady dealings going on there also. I all ever wanted was what I paid for, nothing more, all I got was junk, followed by lies and more lies. Do not deal with this shyster loser.POS. Yes I am bitter.

I recognize that username, he definately posts on here too.
I sure hope he gets banned from this site as well.
Have you tried to take any legal action?
If he said they were in good working order, new or something to that effect, you have a good case of mail fraud on your hands which I'm pretty sure is a felony. That might be the kind of thing that the FBI would like to hear about.

I live in Smithville Ontario Canada (near Niagara Falls). So taking any legal action is pretty much out of the question for me. Personally I would sooner knock out some teeth. Although my buddy Ray , is another story, he lives in Ohio. So you see this snake knows who to rip off, people who live far away from him, like I said, he is sly. Thanks , for your concern and help. Why would I make up something like this ? Go to www.bigblockdart.com. I posted a link. It all started 4 months ago, (Sept 17th to be exact) am I that devious that I could cook this all up 4 months ago just jerk him around here , now ?. I think not. Go to DFWDakotas, he has had problems there too. Have YOU bought, or tried to buy anything from him ? There is a problem with more than just me, he has ripped several people over there. Believe what you want, I don't give a rat$ a$$ . I am just trying to save YOU some money. Think about it ? Why would I make this up ??I was hosed, and am trying to shame this crook into making things right. Would you like me to forward EVERY email I got from him ? I have saved them all, would you like his home address, I have that too, I needed it to send him the money. Just because YOU have not been screwed bye him does not mean he isn't screwing someone else.It has been reported to the proper authorities. Jeffery Dahmer never did anything to ME eithor, but he sure was not innocent . Think about it.

LOL Nice krew. Grow up ? Kiss my arse, I was ripped off, what am I supposed to do just forget about it. F U loser. I am angry. I have sent GB 2000 some of the emails as proof. As far as being laughed out of the police station goes, I might not get anywhere, I was shipped something although it was junk. But I got shipped SOMETHING. But my friend Ray will have a better chance than I. He was outright ripped off. Can you say MAIL FRAUD , you a$$wipe ? AS far as I know fraud is not something to laugh at. Copying and pasting them here would take lots of space and time. I might.We will see, I am surprised this post has not been shut down already, Greg seems to be able to do that, with his bull$hit and charm. I am just trying to help someone else from getting ripped.

Greg, you have 'been gone for a week', 'had computer problems', etc, etc for too long now. I (in good faith) sent you $100 for an Edelbrock Performer manifold shipped to me. As with Dave, the emails stopped as soon as you knew the money was on the way. We both has tried to 'play nice' and have asked you many times to make good on your promises, yet you fail to do anything.
I have no personal beef with you, I just want the manifold I paid for or my money back. I have two kids, a mortgage and a car payment. I cannot afford to be hassled by the likes of you. My car is a hobby, I cannot justify spending untold thousands on it. It really gets me fired up when what little I can put towards my car it taken from me.
Is it really worth all the effort to dodge Dave and I instead of simply making things right? I think not. I was raised with the ethic that you make a promise, you stand by it - PERIOD. The sale fo the manifold and the rockers was a promise. I am guessing you were not taught the same way of treating people.
No, The police are not laughing me out. No, my bank is not laughing me out (fraud charges), the FBI Internet Fraud process has been started. The people you have shafted and the amounts you have taken from them (be it in outright theft or theft by deception) amounts to just over of $2000. These are only the people that have replied back to me so far (yes, we do have documentation) Do you know what they means? FELONY. I do not have to tell you what that will do to your future employment options. I will cheerfully post any / all emails to and from Greg to validate what has happened.

as i told one of them, i'd find out friday what happened and the package was mis-shipped. I do not know if it made it to your work and the mess up there or what, but the package was supposidly shipped back (i think no one signed for it, not sure) and should back here today or tomorrow. i really dont know what happened with the original shipment other than it was signed for at some building. I beleive since it was signed for, that gave me the most trouble with getting information about it.
i wasnt able to re-ship it until yesterday and i've got a tracking number for you, but it's in my durango and the wife is at school. i'll have it for you first thing tomorrow morning.
i've contacted dave via email. I was not aware of a problem with his m/o and i've taken care of it.

you paid $125 + 15 shipping for all those parts. The rockers were no good (as i was unaware because i sold them to you assembled) and i mailed an $80 money order to the address you provided me.
so i sent you items retailing $403.24 and you got them for $45 + shipping.

i never told you that, you received your item in a timely manner at the UPS store that you asked me to ship it to... dont get pissed at me because you had to drive over an hour to go get it.

i've never sold a broken item to anybody before. I was unaware of the condition as i left them assembled on the shafts and shipped them to you with the retaining bolts still in the shaft. You found out they were bad and negotiations started immediately. There was nothing i was trying to hide. I've sold probably a dozen or so items to other members of bigblockdart and all were happy with the quality but you. I have no problem with that, as you showed me, they were ruined.

i went to the place i sent the money order and confirmed the address and it was the one you gave me. I went to see about getting a stop payment on it but could not get reimbursed for the full figure face. I never sent off another one as i do not believe i need to be sending items at my expense.

actually i have not been booted from that site. I help administrate that site and there are no shady dealings going on there. Everyone from that site meets up every month and we all have a good time.

Ray sent me $100 to ship an intake manifold even though i asked for $100 + shipping. I decided to take the loss on that one and shipped it, so that took $23 out of the $100 he sent me. He asked me to ship it to the following address via UPS:

according to ups that package was shipped. After dealing with my local UPS Store, i was informed that the package might of been mis-shipped and should be coming back, as i told Ray. I contacted UPS again and they told me the item was signed for. I'm still working with them to get the insurance money back on it but there is a problem because somebody signed the pickup.

ray, i have not sold over $2000 of items over the internet.. sorry, but you aint even close. I'm still trying to work with UPS on this matter and will contact you via email.
