Message: i have a 2002 rc 5.9 r/t and yesterday it was ranning out. while i was driving evrytime the windsheild wipers would move my door locks would unlock then relock. WTF has my truck gone nuts? I personally think something got wet that was messin with it. has anyone had this before?

Message: Central Timer Module (CTM) controls the door locks and wiper delay functions. It's behind the driver's side kick panel, and fairly easy to get to. Check it for loose connections, grounds, etc.
Also look around that area for wire insulation chafing on the metal structures there.

Message: Had a similar problem with mt 2000 R/T. I wound up finding a broken wire in the harness on the bottom of the steering wheel going to the ignition switch. Common problem for tilt steering wheels I'm finding out.
