My 99 won't Dakota's heater won't get warm. It also won't shift from the defrost to the floor. What would cause this?

you prob need to back flush your heater core. theres a write up in the v6 section.
prob this is caused by Blower Motor Resistor.

defrost problem could be a vacuum leak, i believe the doors in the heater case are vacuum actuated.
