Message: Hey there,
I was comming home from work the other day and when I drove into my parking lot there was some snow on the ground which caused my tired to spin. shortly after that, my truck stalled. I live in MN where the winter weather has finally shown up. I had to start it about 4 times just to get it to my garage. The next day it did the very same thing going grocery shopping. I am wondering if my engine is not warmed up to operating temp if it doesn't burn fuel properly and I am just flooding the engine? Anyone els ever have this happen to you?

Message: that sounds like a bad battery! if the weather is real cold than take the battery inside when you head in for the night. you can also have the battery tested at a auto parts or us multimeter across the terminals and see if it reads 12.6 volts. if its lower than the battery doesn't have a complete change. is the truck a stick and how many miles on your rig?
and some mods to slow it down!

Message: The battery would make sense. I have a 97 dak with 318 auto about 103k. Now that I think about it, I have had the truck for about a year and a half and have not replaced the battery! I'll give that a shot thanks!!!
