My buddies got a remote starter and the thing doesn't come with instructions at all. We know what wires are to be connected to what but can't figure out where they actually go. Wires go as follows. Black - Chasis Grnd...Red 12V Constant...Blue - Ingition #1 (Engine ECU,fuel pump,coil)...Blue W/ White Stripe - ignition #2...Green - Accessory...Yellow - Start #1 (Starter Solenoid)...Red w/Yellow - Start #2.
Got the basics but wondering where to find Ignition#2 & Start #2...Chiltons doesn't show wires for these two.

I'm guessing those options well be defined in the factory service/repair manual > Might try going to the dodge dealer and asking if you can look in there repair manual for your truck > Only thing coming to mind for me > Oh > Second option > Call the manufacturer and ask them > They got it from somewhere > Most all have an 800 number

Already tried the 12V place...got some weird section about wire colors but weren't close. Guess we'll just have to tear into it and figure it out.

when i put mine in, i went to www.wirediagram.com and found one for a 98 dak. i think it was like 5 bucks, but it gave you all the info on the wires that you needed for alarm, remote start, radio, etc.
