rap is a marketing business and has nothing to do with talent or musical ability. i think if you care more about "thaat girrlls azz" Produce an album that took talent and amazing thought to grab you tight and not let go, would give you a album worth listen to.

i cant see why people even both listening to that
sh!t. is there really that many stupid people out there? cant they see its not even the wannabee artist writing the lyrics it's the rich a$$ producers. i don't want music to dance to. i want music to keep me on my toes making me open my eye to the world and keep a open mind towards everything, but rap.

AudioSlave is a pretty tight band. People where skeptical when Rage against the Machine (who had a rap type singer) went with Chris Cornell

VEry good band.

Ditto!
Most of those arein my Playlist.

I just got done watching my Tivo'd Headbangers Ball from last Saturday.

They had that old 80's/90's whatever band HELLOWEEN singing the song (Halloween) on there. The first time I saw that video I thought it was going to be some cheesy 80's hair band. Especially the name of the band and the name of that song.

Couldn't be furthest from the truth!

The lead singer is all as good as Geoff Tate (Queensryche) with his awesome range. Dead on volcals. Puts American Idle singers to shame I think.

And the guitarists sound like Yngwie Malmsteens classical trained metal style. That song still blows my mind when I see/hear it. Damn.

May be one soon with my friend.

He's got a POS '75 Chevy stepside. Litteraly has rust in flooroboard where you see daylight shing through.

We JUST fixed it (again) and he is sure it will WASTE my Dakota.

It has a pretty solid 350 in it and a 700R4 feeding through a used (new to this truck) 12bolt Posi with 3.55 gears and 27 inch tires.

Only problem is the tranny is shifting REALLY slow from 1st to 2nd. I may go over some weekend and check his band adj, clean out the valve body and install a shift kit.

THEN he'll actually race me. I'd like to do this BEFORE I swap in my 4.56 gears so I know the diff before and after.

Watch out for those old POS chevy trucks. Me and my buddy swapped out the intake and carb on his 75 stepside for a Edelbrock performer intake and a 750 carb and had that thing running 14.5 in the 1/4 mile. Only other thing done was a shift kit (cant remember what tranny it had though, think it was a 3 speed with no OD).

That's pretty quick for a STOCK engine and a 750 would be HUGE on a stock 350.

My friends has close to 10:1 comp, descent cam, heads, intake, etc. And a 700R4 we converted into it. The tranny is goofy as it is shifting like crap from 1st to 2nd or he would go ahead nd race me.

I'm going to help him fix it. Then race him. I WANTED to race him before I swap my gears, but I think I'm going to get mygears before we get around to fixing his truck.

Not sure if the race track would even let his POS rust bucket onto the track either :P

It had the rare vin Z. The 454 BB. Only about 10% of the V-8's were the BB's in this truck. I guess I should of mentioned that. It is still a rusty POS though. I dont know how that heavy front end is even supported on it.
