my son's truck run smooth immediately after treatment. I also poured the rest of seafoam into the gas tank and also added seafoam tranny treatment to the tranny. I experimenting on his truck before I do anything to mine. And toolfan, my son does not care what I do to his truck cuz he wouldn't understand it anyway. If I tell him "seafoam" he'd think i'm talking about beach vacation :-)

I have 143k miles. This is the first time I am reading about seafoam. I'm interested. It almost sounds like a colon cleanser. haha

Mark, check seafoamsales.com . The smoke is not really terrible and it's completely gone in 7-8 mins.

Haha god... what i would give to see the neighbors face
expressions looking at your guys' trucks smoking like its on fire...
especially the ones of you who drive the trucks around, haha that
must look sweet

I could seafoam my truck if i lived at my parents house, on the
beach, no1 around...but now i am in the middle of seattle, and
theres no way i would even consider seafoaming my truck... mad
about it cuz i want to...

They're perfectly driveable after the engine's quit smoking right? Why not just take it out somewhere in the country (for those who don't live right in the middle of a hugeass city) and do the smoky part and then come back home to finish the not-so-smoky stuff? ...might wanna have a buddy with you in case something would happen and you need a ride back into town though:)

GB2000: I thought of that but there's no country around here. I'm about 10 miles outside NYC and I'd have to drive about 25 miles just to find a small empty patch of land with only 2-3 houses in sight. If I go out of state, I'd be taking a bigger risk. running a gas engine with visible emissions that last more than 30 seconds is illegal.. especially here where neighbors are only 50 feet apart. I might give it a shot anyway. Maybe I'll drive to the parkign lot of the police station and video tape the whole thing for you guys. haha

hey guys, don't get stuck on this smoke stuff. I'm in the middle of the city too and I just did it on Sat morning when everybody is still indoors. The smoke disappears so quickly that by the time somebody asks you "what's this smoke?" you can say "what smoke?" :-)

i didn't even think of the smoke when i did it right in the middle of my drive way. my neighbors Gardner face was priceless i think he thought i was power braking it in my drive way.

Mark i think the idea of going to the police station and filming it would be your best choice.
make sure to show them the tape. if the police come after you they will never know were you went because of all that smoke. cough cough were did he go???

and some mods to slow it down!
