Message: do you have voltage getting to the fuse? if no you could have an open in the wiring before the fuse. if there is, check that it is getting to the bulbs. then check grounds.

Message: i figured it might be the brake switch on the pedal because all of the other lights worked in the back which are connected to the same groun, which would only leave the harnesses and all 3 wouldnt go bad at once, soo, i dont know how to replace it though because it says do not re install

Message: I had my brake pedal switch go out... easy but a pain in the ass to replace. In order to do it, it requires the use of 3 arms in a space where only 1 will fit comfortably. ...so you're gonna have to use your head...for more than just thinking.
https://www.1stchryslerparts.com/oe_parts_catalog.html Around $15 from here...and I highly recommend them for OEM parts. They're much cheaper than going to your local dealer and shipping is normally really fast.
Electrical -> Chassis Electrical -> Switches -> Stoplamp Switch
