 Subject: crazy brake/tail light problem

here's a new one. left brake light doesn't work (bulb ok). left turn signal works fine, when right turn signal is on, both tail lights flash??? anyone heard of this before? what is the diagnosis? is there a short somewhere in the wiring? could the turn signal switch be causing the brake light malfunction?

Closely check or replace Right bulb
also carefully check ground connection of left lamp..
