I plan on getting a pair of AV12's (12 inches) into a sealed box,
so the net volume may be around 3cf for the whole volume for
both..

It is just going to sit on my back rear jumper seat, its a 99 Club
Cab..

Here's my question: How do you guys get a box that is 3cf into
the back?? I can barely remove my single 1.3cfr sealed box I
have in there right now...

I hope I dotn have to remove one of my seats to get them in
there????

i have 3 12's in my club cab, to fit the box in i had to remove the back folding seats

the fronts seats dont recline either of course, but it does massage my back

the box takes up the whole back, and up to the back window high, to fit it in i had to move the front seats all the way foward and lean foward to. and then 3 people to push it in because it was still hitting the seats.and i had to set the center console thing just right so it would get that extra few inches it needed. il post pics once i get a chance

Wow thanks chad, that helps a lot, pics would be great too.

Yeah, my box, for being 2 12's should be pretty small since it is
sealed, 2.4 cubic feet big... I was thinking to just place the box
on top of my seats, like my single box is right now... I plan on
only making the box as wide as the wider of the 2 rear jumper
seats.. thus allowing room for one small person to sit in the
back, while the box takes up the larger seat? Get what I am
saying?

Is it a horrible idea to just have the box sit on the seat? Or
should/can i just remove one of the rear seats so i can have one
seat left for a person??

Thanks sorry for the long post!!

Yeah just remove the large fold seat. i fit mine in there no problem, except for it being heavy and a bitch to wire, but a small person can still sit back there too.

bomb fellas, sounds good... Need to take some measurements
now.. is it easy to take the folding part of one seat out? havent tried
it...

Any ideas on how to secure the box to the seat? It's illegal here to
not have a secured box in your car now... and i wouldnt want it
flying towards my head if i ever got into an accident
