I would choose a good quality 10w30. You could could go synthetic if you want. Mobil1 synthetic or regular would be my choice. Make sure you get a quality oil filter also.
When you change your oil. Look at it closely. If it is thick and dark, you may want to change your oil, run it for a couple hundred miles and then change it again with a new filter, just to clean the thing out well.
