I use to have a 99 dak R/T that was yellow but traded it for a ram, that is were i got confused.

Where are you located and how do I find out what model I have now? I have an 00' quad with the 4.7 and my tranny is crapping 3rd gear at 107k miles. I can definitely take it off your hands if it fits.

well you can look on your body code plate and on line 2 they would be the first three letters on the left side it will say DGW witch is a 44RE tranny in the truck now, line 2 is the second line from the bottom of the plate I'm not exactly sure were the plate is. Your owners manual might tell you, if you look in the back of that it could tell you also what tranny is in it.

You can also go to a dealer and give them ur VIN and they can do a print out of everything that is with your truck.
