i am placing a cool air intake on my truck and i dont want to spend alot of money so can i use a fram cone or should i use a K&N one. Or is there any others that will work decent

You can get a K&N cone for about 40 bucks...but I dunno how much you are willing to spend...and I have never seen a Fram cone, but if there is and it works go for it.

There is a fram cone. Go to the parts store and look up an air filter for a 2004 dodge neon. The neon (at least that year) uses a cone filter.
